    RULE NO.:RULE TITLE:

11B-27.002Certification, Employment or Appointment, Reactivation, and Terminating Employment or Appointment of Officers

The Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission hereby gives notice that on November 5, 2015 pursuant to notice, at a meeting held in Kissimmee, Florida the Commission considered a petition for a temporary 30-day waiver of paragraph 11B-27.002(4)(a), F.A.C., by Detective Carlos Grave de Peralta of the Miami Police Department on behalf of Gerber G. Vasquez. After careful consideration of the facts in this matter, the Commission found that Petitioner had demonstrated an economic, technological, legal, or other type of hardship resulting from an application of paragraph 11B-27.002(4)(a), F.A.C., that was particular to petitioner, significantly different from the way the rule affects other similarly situated persons and issued an order granting Petitioner's petition for a 30-day temporary waiver of paragraph 11B-27.002(4)(a), F.A.C.
