NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 41 No. 211, October 29, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The reference at the beginning of the Notice of Proposed Rule on p. 5085 to Rule 12A-1.087, Exemption for Power Farm Equipment; Suggested Exemption Certificate for Items Used for Agricultural Purposes; should be a reference to Rule 12A-1.085, Exemption for Qualified Production Companies, in accordance with the rule text published in that notice.
