PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update fees; consolidate all fee rules into one and repeal resulting obsolete, unnecessary and/or duplicative rules.

SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COST AND LEGISLATIVE RATIFICATION: The agency has determined that this will not have an adverse impact on small business or likely increase directly or indirectly regulatory costs in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate within one year after the implementation of the rule. A SERC has not been prepared by the agency. The agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein: During discussion of the economic impact of Rule 64B1-2.001, F.A.C., at its Board meeting and based upon the expertise and experience of its members, the Board determined that a SERC was not necessary and that the rule will not require ratification by the Legislature. Additionally, repealing the remaining rules will have no effect, because those will become obsolete, unnecessary and/or duplicative. No person or interested party submitted additional information regarding the economic impact at that time.

Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.

(1) The initial application fee is $200.

(2) The initial license fee is $200.

(3)(1) The biennial renewal fee for an active license is shall be $275.00.

(4)(2) The biennial renewal fee for an inactive license is shall be $150.00.

(5) The application fee for inactive status is $200.

(6) The application fee for retired license is $50.

(7) Change of status fee for any time other than renewal is $200.

(8) The fee for reactivation of a license is $300.

(9) The deliquency fee is $200.

(10)  The initial continuing education provider registration fee is $100.

(11) The biennial continuing education provider registration fee is $100.

(12) The fee for a duplicate wall certificate or license is $25.

(13) The fee for certification of a public record is $25.
