NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 15, 2016, the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board, received a petition for variance from paragraph 61J1-4.010(1)(c), F.A.C., filed by Lawrence Hank Zegers. Petitioner requested a variance from the requirement that supervisory appraisers shall have been state-certified for a minimum of four (4) years prior to being eligible to become a supervisory appraiser and that the supervisory appraisers shall be in good standing in the same jurisdiction in which the trainee appraiser practices for a minimum of four (4) years.
