FLORIDA FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT
CITY OF FORT MYERS, FLORIDA
The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of Fort Myerss proposed construction of the Stormwater Detention Basin in the Downtown area will not have a significant adverse affect on the environment. The total project cost is estimated at $4,500,000. The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds. Public comment must be received at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
