The Department of Environmental Protection announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To present and receive public comments on the draft total maximum daily load (TMDL) for the nutrient impairment of Jackson Blue Spring and Merritts Mill Pond in the Chipola Basin, to be adopted in Rule 62-304.315, F.A.C. The draft TMDL document for these impaired waters has been placed on the Department’s TMDL website (http://www.dep.state.fl.us/water/tmdl/) and will be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or via e-mail distribution. The Department will accept written comments on the draft TMDLs through December 19, 2012.
