The Board of Pilot Commissioners hereby gives notice: that the petition filed by Captain Allen L. Thompson, Jr., on behalf of the Tampa Bay Pilots Association on October 18, 2018, seeking a variance or waiver from subsection 61G14-11.001(3), Florida Administrative Code, entitled “Determination of Openings for Deputy Pilots,” has been withdrawn.
