Diesel Emissions Reduction Act Grant Program Funding Availability
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department) is making grant funding available for Marine Vessel Engine Replacement diesel emissions reduction projects eligible under the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Diesel Emissions Reduction Act (DERA). This funding will be for the replacement of eligible marine diesel engines with new marine diesel engines. Funded projects must be completed before the end of the State Fiscal Year, which ends June 30, 2019. Applications are due to the Department’s Division of Air Resource Management by November 28, 2018.
