NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Nu River Landing Condominium Association, Inc.
