    NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF CEMETERY BYLAWS

    The State of Florida, Board of Funeral, Cemetery and Consumer Services, will address approval of the amended bylaws of the following cemetery(s) at the regular meeting to be held on December 7, 2007.

    A file pertaining to the above is available for public inspection and copying by any person at the Alexander Building, 2020 Capital Circle S.E., Suite 270, Tallahassee, Florida 32301. Comments may be submitted at the above address without requesting a hearing. Those persons whose substantial interests may be determined by these proceedings, including settlements, grants, and denials, are advised that they may request a hearing concerning the notice of intent to be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Section 120.57, Florida Statutes. The petitions for hearing should comply with Rule 69K6.003, Florida Administrative Code, and must be filed within twentyone (21) days of publication of this notice. Petitions shall be filed with: Clerk, Division of Funeral, Cemetery and Consumer Services, 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida 323990361. In deference to the rights of substantially affected persons, a hearing on these matters will be held at the meeting of the Board of Funeral, Cemetery and Consumer Services to be held as outlined above. All written comments and requests to address the Board must be received by the Department at least fourteen (14) days prior to the meeting.
