PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To align the rule with changes made in Ch. 2016-236 Laws of Florida. The effect will be a rule aligned with Florida Statutes.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Changes to the statutory provisions resulting from Ch. 2016-236 Laws of Florida passed during the 2016 Legislative session requires this rule to be revised. The changes made will be based on input from students, faculty, bookstores, and publishers as required by s. 1004.085(7), F.S.
