NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 31, 2016, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Matt Erickson, D.C. The petitioner is seeking a waiver or variance of subsections 64B2-13.004(1) and (2), Florida Administrative Code, which requires that for the purpose of renewing a license, an applicant must demonstrate to the Board that he or she participated in at least forty (40) classroom hours of continuing chiropractic education during the past two years. Only those classroom hours earned at Board approved continuing education courses or under the provisions of this rule are acceptable.
