The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On October 30, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting the waiver from paragraph 67-48.0072(21)(b), Florida Administrative Code (2021) for Cross Creek Gardens at Quincy, LLC, allowing Petitioner to extend its firm loan commitment issuance deadline from October 2, 2023, to April 2, 2024. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The Amended petition was filed on September 13, 2023, and notice of the receipt of original petition was published on September 12, 2023 in Vol. 49, Number 177 F.A.R.
