The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On October 30, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting the waiver from paragraph 67-003(8)(h), Florida Administrative Code (2021) for Osprey Sound Apartments, LP, allowing Petitioner to decrease the total number of units from 294 to 100, which will allow the development to be divided into two separate construction phases. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on September 25, 2023, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on September 27, 2023 in Vol. 49, Number 188 F.A.R.
