The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On October 30, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting the waiver from paragraph 67-21.003(1)(b), Florida Administrative Code (05/18/2021) and the Non-Competitive Application Instructions (Rev. 03-2021 (NCA)) for Parkwood Plaza Apartments, Ltd., allowing Petitioner to revise its organizational chart to reflect its new structure and to change the principals of the Developer pursuant to paragraph 67-21.003(8)(b), FAC (05/18/2021) and the NCA. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on October 9, 2023, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on October 10, 2023 in Vol. 49, Number 197 F.A.R.
