The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On October 30, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting the waiver from paragraph 67-21.003(8)(i), Florida Administrative Code (2022) for Douglas Gardens IV, Ltd., allowing Petitioner to reduce the Total Set-Aside Percentage from 100% of units to 95% of units, with a set-aside commitment of 95% at 60% AMI, with the remaining 5% at Market Rate. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on October 11, 2023, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on October 12, 2023 in Vol. 49, Number 199 F.A.R.
