65G-2.012: Group Home Facility Standards

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 1, 2012, the Agency For Persons with Disabilities, received a petition for Waiver from Our Place Group Home, Inc seeking a waiver from rule 65G-2.012(8)9(c)1 which states that bedrooms shall be arranged so that privacy is assured for clients and further states that sole access to these rooms shall not be through a kitchen, bathroom or other bedrooms. A maximum of four residents shall share a bedroom used by clients. Our Place Group Home, Inc Our Place Harbor requests waiver from this rule to allow residents to occupy a bedroom that is located through a hallway off from the kitchen in the home.
