Notice is hereby given that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed on behalf of TransCan Mechanical, LLC, on October 31, 2013. The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement from the Board regarding whether as a subcontractor, hired by a Florida Certified Licensed Contractor for the installation of pneumatic tube systems only, does the Company have to be a Florida certified licensed plumbing or mechanical contractor? Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
