NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Public Service Commission has received a petition from Utilities Inc. of Florida in Docket No. 20190199-WS – Application for quick-take amendment of Certificate Nos. 278-W and 225-S to add territory in Seminole County, by Utilities, Inc. of Florida – filed November 5, 2019, seeking waiver from paragraph 25-30.030(5)(b), Florida Administrative Code.  The rule addresses the customer noticing provisions for an application to amend a utility’s service territory.   A copy of the petition can be obtained from the Office of Commission Clerk.
