NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 19, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 67-48.004(3)(i) from Campus Towers Apartments LLLP to permit a reduction in the total set-aside from 100% to 98.96%, while setting aside 39 units at the 33% ELI level.
