NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 17, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of subsection 67-48.002(96) Florida Administrative Code (2020), and the Qualified Allocation Plan, Subsection II.K from Cherry Village, LP, to allow the immediate return of Petitioner's 2021 Housing Credit Allocation, and immediately allocate 2023 Housing Credits too with a later placed in service date of December 31, 2024.
