    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To present the Department’s recommendations and receive public comment on the intended use of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2008 Federal Clean Water Act appropriations and State matching funds. Funds may be used to finance wastewater, stormwater or non-point source preconstruction and/or construction projects through direct loans under State Revolving Fund Rule, Chapter 62-503, Florida Administrative Code. Approximately $229 million is projected to be available for assignment to projects in FY 2008. Workshop topics will include project eligibility, project prioritization, types of assistance available, source and use of funds, and the proposed priority list of projects.
