NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on November 5, 2007, the Board of Dentistry, received a petition for a waiver or variance of subsection 64B5-2.0146(2), F.A.C., filed by Dr. Mounika Falembana, with respect to the following licensure requirement: that each applicant for a Florida dental license successfully completes supplemental remedial education to the level of a graduating senior.
