NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on November 7, 2008, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver paragraph 67-48.004(14)(g), Florida Administrative Code, from Southwinds Partners, L.L.L.P., (“Petition”). The Petition is seeking a waiver of the rule regarding a change in the type of the development.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website: www.floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
