NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 18, 2013, the Department of Health received a petition for Permanent Variance from paragraph 64E-11.007(5)(a), Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), from Matt and Lisa Gardi for Bowery Station located at 252 Water Street, Suite B, Apalachicola, FL 32320. Subsection 64E-11.005(5)(a), F.A.C., requires that lavatories be located in or immediately adjacent to all toilet rooms and at least one employee handwashing facility shall be located within each food preparation area.
