NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 206, October 22, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

(2)(a) Require rigorous examinations for postsecondary students that are designed to award a certificate only when a student demonstrates competency or proficiency in the certification area;

(c) Require that examinations be given in a proctored environment with test administration procedures that ensure the validity of the exam.

 

Postsecondary Industry Certification List footnote is amended as follows:

1 Per s.1008.44(3), waivers of for non-exam requirements for industry certifications are noted in column.
