PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to incorporate changes in the authorizing statute and revise technical errors and update references.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The Agency proposes to amend Rule 59A-4.200, F.A.C., to include revisions to the title and location of the Nursing Home Guide Methodology; Rule 59A-4.201, F.A.C., is amended to include revisions to the Gold Seal award application in relation to the stable workforce requirements reference and the location of the form and Rule 59A-4.201, F.A.C., is amended to revise the Agency for Health Care Administration contact information.
