NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 18, 2014, the Board of Optometry received a petition for variance or waiver of subsection 64B13-4.001(2), F.A.C., filed by Nikolaos C. Zagorianos requesting a permanent variance or waiver of the requirement that an applicant achieve a score of 75% or better on each of the three skills listed in subsection 64B13-4.001(c), F.A.C., on the same test attempt. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for December 9, 2014.
