NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 40, No. 215, November 4, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Purpose and Effect should read:
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to correct grammatical and typographical errors, and to revise Form DC6-236 to add a space where inmates are to sign their names, a space where inmates are to write in their Department of Corrections number, and a space where Department staff are to print their names.
