NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 20, 2018, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Eddie Martinez, D.C., on behalf of the Florida Chiropractic Society, regarding subparagraph 64B2-13.004(5)(c)1., F.A.C., which requires all continuing education courses to be submitted for the Board’s approval at least sixty days prior to the date of the scheduled presentation.
