    The Florida Hurricane Catastophe Fund announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: December 3, 2019, 9:00 a.m. ET to conclusion of the meeting

    PLACE: Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a meeting of the Trustees of the State Board of Administration to authorize the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (the Fund) to file a Notice of Proposed Rule for Rule 19-8.029, F.A.C., Insurer Reporting Requirements and Responsibilities, and to file this rule for adoption if no member of the public timely requests a rule hearing or if a rule hearing is requested but no Notice of Change is needed. The meeting will also address the appointment of the chair of the Florida Commission on Hurricane Loss Projection Methodology. Other general business of the Trustees may also be addressed.
