The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety hereby gives notice:

On November 17, 2015, the Department received a request withdrawing the Petition for variance from Park Centre @ Telecom, filed November 10, 2015, and advertised on November 12, 2015 in Vol. 41, No. 220, of the Florida Administrative Register. The Petition for variance requested a variance from Rule 2.2.2.5 or 2.2.2.6, ASME A17.1, 2009 edition, as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2 Florida Building Code adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), F.A.C., that requires upgrading the elevators sump and pump operations. The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety is taking no further action on the petition (VW2015-284).
