NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 41 No. 198, October 12, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
1. In rule 154.203(1)(b)1.b.(I) and (IV)(C) the word “which” is changed to “one”.
2. Rule 154.203(1)(b)1.b.(VI) insert: “which is incorporated herein by reference” after (http://www.naic.org/documents/01_naic_2012_group_long-term_disability_valuation_table.xls)
