  • NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Division of Housing and Community Development has received the petition for declaratory statement from David G. Karins, P.E., on behalf of Custom Hurricane Products, on November 2, 2010. It has been assigned the number DCA10-DEC-219.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of § 1613.1, Florida Building Code, Building Volume (2007, with 2009 supplement) as it applies to the petitioner.
