    61G18-11.002: Examination and Licensure
    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 05, 2010, the Board of Veterinary Medicine, received a petition for Diane Sudduth, seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 61G18-11.002(3), Florida Administrative Code, which requires that there are two examinations. The first examination will be the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE). The petitioner is also seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 61G18-11.002(6), F.A.C., which requires the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) may be taken in another state or Canada and the scores may, upon submission of an application for licensure and the application fee, be transferred to Florida for purposes of satisfying the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination’s (NAVLE) portion of the examination for licensure.
