NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Business and Professional Regulation has received the petition for declaratory statement from Rita Manyette of Martini Shot Casting Ltd. Co., on November 17, 2014.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of chapter 468, part VII, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
