NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 20, 2014, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from Janie Poe Associates 3, LLC requesting a waiver from the Total Development Cost Limitation referenced in Request for Proposals 2013-007, in which the Petitioner is requesting an increase in the Total Development Cost per unit from the listed $163,000 to $168,000 which is a minimum increase of $5,000.
