Enhanced Biennial Rule Review
The Department of Financial Services (“DFS”) has published an addendum to the Enhanced Biennial Rule Review, initially published on December 1, 2011. The addendum is the 2013 report of DFS’s review and response to the compliance economic reviews of Group 2 rules and the Chief Financial Officer’s certification that DFS has completed the reviews and reporting for 2013 pursuant to the 2011 Enhanced Biennial Rule Review requirements of Section 120.745(5)(d), F.S.
