By Final Order dated November 18, 2013, the Agency denied the Petition to Initiate Rulemaking submitted by Douglas Adkins on behalf of Dayspring Village, Inc. and assigned AHCA No. 2013008738, finding that the proposed requests exceeded the current statutory authority granted to the Agency, were duplicative, and conflicted with current law.
