Request for Applications 2014-114 for Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Medium and Small Counties
This Request for Applications (RFA) is open to Applicants proposing the development of affordable, multifamily housing located in Medium and Small Counties. Under this RFA, Florida Housing Finance Corporation expects to have up to an estimated $12,914,730 of Housing Credits available for award to proposed Developments located in Medium Counties and up to an estimated $1,513,170 of Housing Credits available for award to proposed Developments located in Small Counties.
Applications shall be accepted until 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on Thursday, January 22, 2015, to the attention of Ken Reecy, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, 227 North Bronough Street, Suite 5000, Tallahassee, Florida 32301-1329.
