PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the rule is to adopt the names of the required training courses associated with the Voluntary Prekidnergarten (VPK) Education Program so that those individuals required to take training know the exact training they are required to take.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Required trainings for VPK personnel involved in the VPK program.

RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: 1001.213(2), 1002.73(2)(a),(b), 1002.79 FS.

LAW IMPLEMENTED: 1002.55(3)(c)2, 1002.57(2), 1002.59 FS.
