NOTICE TO ENGINEERS
The University of Central Florida, on behalf of its Board of Trustees, announces that Professioanl services will be required for the project listed below:
Project No.: District Energy Plant IV, UCF-579
Project and Location: District Energy Plant IV, University of Central Florida, Main Campus, east of Parking Garage C.
The project consists of a 13,000 GSF, industrial, 8000-refrigerated ton chilled water plant that will provide additional capacity to the University’s main campus to accommodate the new academic and support buildings that are in the process of being designed and constructed. The Professional(s) will provide the design for both system and building.
The total project cost will be approximately $12,000,000.
