    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Florida Real Estate Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Jordan J. Bunch, Holland & Hart, LLP, filed on November 20, 2015. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Section 475.011(2), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
