NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Office of Financial Regulation has declined to rule on the petition for declaratory statement filed by The CoinBros, LLC on August 27, 2019. The following is a summary of the agency's declination of the petition: On November 21, 2019, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order on Petition for Declaratory Statement. The Petition filed by TheCoinBros, LLC is DENIED. A declaratory statement is not available to Petitioner because Petitioner is seeking a determination as to acts which have already occurred. ******The original petition was published September 3, 2019 in the Florida Administrative Register Volume 45, Number 171.
