NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 07, 2024, the Agency for Health Care Administration, received a petition for Variance from or Waiver of Rule 59G-4.295 on behalf of the Petitioner, Citrus Health Network, Inc. Rule 59G-4.295 of the Florida Administrative Code incorporates the Florida Medicaid Therapeutic Group Care Services Coverage Policy. Petitioner seeks a variance “to also allow Florida Medicaid TGC covered services rendered by the CHN BQRTP for youth licensed in accordance with Rule 65C-46.0211, in accordance with Chapter 409.175, Florida Statutes.”
