NOTE: In the event a quorum of the Committee is not available for the business meeting at the date, time and place set forth above, the Committee shall meet on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, 8:00 a.m. at District Headquarters, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, FL 32177. One or more Governing Board members may attend and participate in the meeting by means of communications media technology.
