NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Mr. and Mrs. Richard O’Rourke, Petitioners/Unit Owners, In Re: Waters Edge Association, Inc., Docket No. 2012037117 on August 29, 2012.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of 718.112(2), Florida Statutes, and Florida Administrative Code Rule 61B-23.0029 as it applies to the petitioner.
