NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Workforce Services, Bureau of Reemployment Assistance, Department of Economic Opportunity, State of Florida, has declined to rule on the petition for declaratory statement filed by, Glen A. Stankee, In Re: DAF CHARTERS, LTD., GOLDFINGER CHARTERS, LTD., and DAF CHARTERS, LLC, Docket No.: 2014034366, on August 26, 2014. The following is a summary of the agency’s declination of the petition:
The Department declined to issue a Declaratory Statement because (1) it may not issue a statement concerning actions that have already taken place and (2) there is related pending administrative litigation.
