NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 44 No. 225, November 19, 2018 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

Paragraph (d) of Section 3.3.3.4 (Harm Standards for Springs) of the Water Use Permit Applicant’s Handbook referring to surface water backflow into springs has been stricken from the Applicant’s Handbook.
