NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 21, 2019, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Cypress Cathedral Apartments at 1601 Haven Dale Blvd. NW, Winter Haven, FL. Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of Rule 2.8.5.1, ASME A17.1, 2009 edition, as adopted by 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires no air conditioning equipment be located directly above elevator equipment which poses a significant hardship.
